Your wedding day should be perfect in every way!  That starts with ensuring that your marriage is both legitimate/legal and stress free.

If you have a valid/legal marriage that drives you crazy getting ready for it, and the actual day is disappointing, that’s a huge letdown.  

But you also don’t want an easy, fun process that isn’t done exactly right and doesn’t wind up being 100% legitimate and legal, right?

So for your perfect day:

  • We will take care of all the tiny details to make sure that your marriage is legal
  • Our team will handle all the preliminary stuff (applications, license, identity check, etc.) so we don’t add any stress to the process  and you can enjoy the day
  • Finally, we’ll make sure that everything is checked by multiple people so the big day itself is smooth and enjoyable

Valid Application

We register you automatically in a state that allows online marriage. Several states have introduced new laws that allow for online marriage ceremonies to be every bit as legal as traditional, in-person weddings. We stay up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations to ensure that your marriage is legally binding

recordKEEPING and DOCUMENTS

Our officiants (the people licensed by the state to perform marriages) are trained professionals who record all of the necessary information to make your online marriage legitimate. Importantly, all of the states in which we help arrange marriages view records that are executed with digital signatures every bit as legitimate as traditional paper documents.

The License

The ceremony is done, and you and your significant other are thrilled. Let's face it though - there are lots of reasons we all want that actual physical wedding license! Partly, it's just because it makes us feel good and makes it feel "done", right? But then there's a bunch of other things you'll legally need it for - changing names, financial documents, and a bunch of other stuff.

Normally, the standard process will get your marriage license out to you relatively quickly, directly from the government entity. In rare cases, something happens (it is the government, after all.) 😉 Should that happen to you, don't worry - that's part of what our services covers. We'll take care of working with the various parties necessary to make sure it's resolved and sent back out to you.

An online wedding service allows you to celebrate your marriage virtually with the help of our platform. We provide everything you need to make your virtual wedding day special, including officiants, witnesses, and video conferencing technology.

Yes! Online weddings are legally recognized in many states and countries. We’ll make sure that your marriage is fully recognized by the law by handling all the necessary paperwork and following all the proper procedures.

The one-time payment is $499 USD.  This includes shipping.  You may not need an apostille (a certificate that authenticates the signature of a public official on a document for use in another country), but if you do, that can be supplied for an additional $75 USD. 

Apostilles are certifications used to verify the authenticity of documents, including marriage certificates, for international use. If you plan to use your marriage certificate internationally, you may need an apostille to validate it abroad. For more info, please visit our Legality page

Usually, as long as the county officiant is available for your desired date, we can get it done as quickly as 48 hours after receiving your application and payment.  We strongly recommend planning at least a couple of weeks in advance, but we understand that’s not always possible.  If you have a quick deadline and can do everything necessary on your side quickly, we can move quickly as well.

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection and a webcam to attend the virtual wedding. We’ll provide all the necessary video technology and support to make sure that your wedding day goes smoothly.
